Too long loading game (Stellaris)

I have before the game load for a long time , because over 150 mods as much as 5 minutes . The game itself does not slow down .
But now with the new launcher the download takes about 20 minutes .
How can I speed up the download ?
The computer is not weak :
Graphics card - GTX 960 4GB
CPU - Intel 5 series 3.9 HZ
RAM total 16 GB and 2 identical dice for 8 GB .
