Lost part of RAM in the system DDR3

Good day dear friends. The problem in General is this: there are 4 memory modules, 2 at 2GB (Kingston and Samsung) and 2 to 4 (CORSAIR Vengeance 1600). The machine BIOS exposes 1333, all memory 12GB used. If you change the frequency to 1866, the system is visible to the entire memory,but is available for only € 9.95 GB, it Turns out one of the dice is not working, but is defined in the system?

It turns out that one strap can not overclocking to 1866 ! Put then 1600 if 1866 is not working.

What do you want ? When the system is installed different trims, the frequency will always limit itself Perovskoy strap, and it is justified. I have to put the punks with the same frequency. And if you are 2 with a frequency of 1600 with 1333 and 2, the frequency will always be 1333. Rejoice that at least this frequency everything works and there are no conflicts.

Thank you for your answers. Just Samsung and Kingston, the frequencies are the same, then one chases, the other doesn't. Performance improved substantially, even despite the fact that 2 gigs is not enough.
