Can't get quest on a mission (Assassin's Creed: Odyssey)

Hi all, need help, dlc fate of Atlantis, episode 1,can't get quest missions guardian and Kiros, click on the mission and there should be a marker where to be Hermes, but this is not happening, how can I solve this problem, playing on xbox one
