Trouble. (Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice)

In General, when we are given the choice to go to alverno or to Surt( roughly to the left or to the right) so, I went to the right, and then the actual problem, I have collected 2 characters N Y, but the gates do not open is not what I freaked out and went back to the fork and went alverna back to Surt and still, doors nivkakuyu not want to open, the marks on it glowing white, I mode up. but nothing happens, the haystack stands and stares at it, does anyone have a suitable saved game ?
