how to wear a collar? (Divinity: Original Sin 2)

At Fort Joy after winning in the arena, the blacksmith removed the collar.
Now all the guards agreda. Whether it is possible to wear it again (a fake of some sort)?

Yes, it is strange that a broken collar does not enter anyone astray. Had the whole Fort to clean up. Basically, at my level and with my gear it was easy.

And, you can kill the dumb monks at the Fort and generally on the first island you can climb up to the 10th level.

So for the monks experience is not a lot of give after all.
