What a game, help.

Some dude carrying a tray, goes upstairs, walks in and behind him the chase begins, the game is like-would not have happened 2-3 years ago, it was a gameplay demo somewhere.
+ it is first person and it is not a AAA project
Understand that description is not enough. but that's all I remember.
By the way, it seems even through the window to the ledge climbing... something like that.
