Bug with Spark! Help! (XCOM 2)

Built 2 Sparks. Pumped one to a champion, the other to the paladin. After

Soldiers are treated for 1-2 days (twirled DefaultGameData.ini), and the spark 5 days or more. Where to edit the speed of the repair through .ini?
