A bug in the College of Winterhold (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

So I killed the dragon, went there, completed the quest with Lutrador. Think: you May go see, there was a piece of Winterhold?!. Came to show my room didn't show, you don't want to. Went to the gym and lo! A piece of Winterhold appeared!

Be sure to update the game.
These visual bugs were ( and probably remain ) in the early versions of the game ... Although the cause may be elsewhere, but put the unofficial patch, everything it should be.
