Program for converting MOV to MP4

Faced with such a problem in Adobe Animate video preserving only in MOV format, which after minor edits in Sony Vegas and the subsequent rendering in MP4(like Avi) is...well,here's for comparison:

Tried a couple of online converters,Freemake'th, Adobe Media Encoder'om,but the result is always the same.There are programs that so not to spoil the mov?Or maybe some other settings in Media Incoder to deliver?

Try Format Factory MOV to convert. There are a lot of adjustments, including brightness, contrast etc to adjust.
