Most likely an overheating CPU or some. You need to start monitoring, for example MSI Afterburner and will see what exactly the problem is.

Even more Prots, as in the case of overheating some is usually a blue screen is seen before the reboot.

monitoring conducted by the program HWMonitor, the temperature of the CPU 30 and some 60, I think there is no overheating!

Look the normal rate of Prots.
Maybe overheating. Or percent loaded more than 80%
Memory might not be enough

Percent in the game is 30 degrees? Hardly it is possible, even with a fancy cooler temperature in games at best around 40 degrees, and with the standard that come in the kits since percent, and 60 is a cool.
Most likely something wrong with the monitor.

The problem I found is overheating of the graphics card, over time the temperature goes above 80!!! And the processor really gives 30-40 degrees cooler top. How to solve the overheating problem? I have a RAdeon rx 470, exhibited low graphics settings, cleaned the cooler on its heat still present! The engine in the game is already old for a long time, and all the modern AAA game, the graphics card pulls without problems!

Yes, if the cooler top, then 30-40 is fine.
Try some program to control the coolers vidyahi, for example, in MSI Afterburner it can be done.
If vidyaha to warm up after that will be less and the computer will still crash, then maybe power from the PSU is not enough.

He's got ABOVE 80, and this is clearly overheating. Usually 85 is hung on the computer, and sometimes 80 degrees.
