Dead moon (Divinity: Original Sin 2)

On the ship killed the red Prince, but met him in the Fort with Joy and was accepted into the group. In a diary written about him that he died and his way over. How can this affect the game?

In the Fort will try to make an attempt(far from a dwarf,who repairs the ship I had).If so,then in theory it is possible to continue his quest.Try it.)
