Can't install the game (Fallout 3)

Hi all. When launched, the installer got out here this crap. What do not know. I once tried to install polich, but it does not start and I deleted it. Now thought to try again, but got this. Well then Run(WIN+R) enter regedit, there's the search(ctrl+F) and enter Fallout 3 and manually remove all the values which he finds associated with the Fallout(but at your own risk))))
