what site?go to documents and delete all files of the Stalker...go under steam and delete the folder completely Stalker(I have a way D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common...if you're not subscribed to mods in steam workshop you should download a clean version of the game...here's an example for ARMA 3.

I have one of the folders appeared the same problem, I decided to look into Yandex information, but to me it doesn't help, maybe you can help:
1. Right click on the folder with the file or the file itself.
2. Select properties.
3. Select the security tab.
4. Click on administrators.
5. Press Change (right) .
6. To put a mark Full access column to Allow.
7. Save.
8. To delete the file.
