Unlockables&characters ' costumes (Mercenaries 2: World in Flames)

Two logical questions:

1) That there is a unlockables which requires access to the server EA (note - written unlockables, that is, offer content that is ALREADY in the game, and not downloaded for more)
1 a) As actually these"unlockables" to hack to obtain without authorization on the server EA

2) is there a way from finished game (by hacking or something else) to transfer achievements in a new game? And then I opened almost all of the bonuses (like costumes), and again to overcome all of the jobs helpers like Oh scrap.
In many games (not only RPGs, but in action like'Ah) is a variant of the transfer of already achieved in a new game (after passing of course). Here no one noticed?
