The problems in the DLC Fallen Ghosts (Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands)

Fully cleared the Eastern border, not shown on the map is one additional task Tower.
One captured, and the second did not appear on the map.
Verifying files did not help.
I faced anyone and how to solve?
