Some hardcore mod would you recommend? (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hello! Want to complicate the game. Hear about the two modes on the complication of the game: School of the Roach and GhostMode. Heard from friends that the second mod is more balanced, but still decided to ask maybe someone tried these two fashion and can say which one is better.
