Textures the Pip-boy become blurred (Fallout 4)

Good time of day. Was wondering what this could be. No this texture PIP-boy become blurred. Before such was not. Tried different mods which change the appearance of the PIP-boy, re-installed the game but nothing helped. Thanks in advance.
In the first picture of the PIP-boy is what it was, and on the second he became.
