All at high except view distance (high), disabled high precision (ruining the image) and chromatic abberate (I hate this effect), HairWorks on full. Worth a Lok at 30 FPS, played quietly, sometimes sags when a large number of hairy monsters.

Now twisted to a minimum in General, and on my configuration - 58 FPS. CDPR trolls players with its optimization. I'm all in shock. It is better to splash in the doors than a open world. Sunk. PC 60 FPS on low is not drawn.
PS. In short, it makes no sense to conjure in the settings until the game normally, do not optimize (which hardly wait).
