Price in store (Forza Horizon 3)

Guys, can someone from Belarus, I wanted to buy Forza(all prices in Russian rubles were), but it was not there, did not give to buy, because the written region is not the same, I think OK, changed the region.... jaw dropped to the floor, 100 bucks for the ultimate edition is ahem ahem excuse me a lot, and that is the question - whether it is Possible to buy the game without changing the region?
