No file steam api.dll (XCOM: Enemy Unknown)

People Hey. downloaded in inete enemy unknown set . does not start. swears that there is no steam file api.dll

is there any band-aid to this wound?

most likely at you it antivirus killed look in quarantine if not reinstall

If in the antivirus quarantine restore and add it to the exception

reinstallation did not help, the quarantine is empty, can someone referring to norms, the distribution will give, 1 hkom with all the additions.
