gt 1030 and flicker

Recently, gt1030, bought because of the weak processor, namely Celeron G530. The problem is that, in all the games flicker the edges of the textures when moving, flickering grass. Here is an example on minecraft. What to do ?

Buy a normal gaming none. I bet in games that you are trying to play, your video card and the CPU do not fall under the min. system requirements. Here's the answer.

I like everything is normal...while Far Cry 4 may have some flicker from the grass, but in Far Cry, Primal, and other games are all good...in the same Witcher 3, etc.
