Crashes gta 4 Criminal Russia! Criminal Russia RAGE v1.4 Help!

Installed the mod the game has launched,everything is fine, then came out,sat in YouTube,then I go again in GTA 4,run all the rules there is a splash,then loading... and all,so on to infinity. Already reinstalled everything and GTA and mod.
Windows 7,PC. PC REBOOTED.
Antivirus disabled. Set up a minimum set. Other additional mods are installed.
Please help!
