Russification of the text on the plates (ARK: Survival Evolved)

Kind time of days, faced such problem, when writing text on the label in Cyrillic, instead of text visible symbols, and to write text in the Latin alphabet are all displayed correctly (examples below). How is it possible to fix?

License. The names of the objects, players and Dino are displayed fine, the only problem with the text on the plates or objects of the mods (for example the vaults of http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=812655342 )
