The problem With the game (Tekken 7)

1) the game hangs when you press shift+tab menu in steam. The game continues to function, but the menu is the steam disappears, and hangs not responding to all of the action.
2) Decided to play on the Internet. Can't anyone find. Even a friend to join in. Not at all.
I hacked it for money. Can this ban?
