Cells for potions\\concoctions. (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Hello people) Playing the Witcher on ps4, version 1.31 game of the year. Recently learned that in addition to heart of Stone was added for two additional cells for potions. I have not appeared in the beginning of the game or after the passing of the above mentioned additions. This is a bug of some sort, or this version at all?

I don't know about Curling, and on the computer interface does not change in any way in the main game and extras.

These additional cells are only on the PC version, xbox and ps4 there is no such things.
