How can you replay the memory ? (Assassin's Creed: Rogue)
In short pass the game 100% , but accidentally fulfilled one of the items for 100% synchronization. So how can I replay this memory? Looked into the progress, see the memory , but can't play :( Help4 Comments

Hello,I passed assassins creed black flag and I would like to replay some chapters but not the credits and all.IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE TO GO HEAD SELECTIVELY AFTER BEATING THE GAME????????????
