A bug with a radscorpion? (Fallout 4)

The kids decided to play again and started often in different places to appear radscorpion already at the initial stage. For the first time this reptile appeared while he went to clean up the shop Corvega. I killed him(he was in the barn in texture stuck) and now every 5 minutes he comes and haunts me.
