Double trailers (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Good time of day. I downloaded this file sw_mods_b_doubles_fridge_v1.28x, but the game does not even smell double trailers. Maybe I have something wrong set??? There is a TSM map 6.6. Thank you in advance for your help.
