Don't need any mod
In the game open the console and enter x g_traffic.x (without the quotes) where x the figures of traffic density. After entering press Enter and close the console. ALL!
The default is 1.0, the more the numbers, the thicker traffic. So Makar, thickness of traffic can choose for themselves.
When you restart the game everything is saved and re-enter is not required, unless you want to change.
