After minimizing the game, changing the resolution (Mad Max)

The problem is: I minimize the game, then unfold and the resolution changes to 1440x900. In the settings, remains exposed me resolution 1920x900. That resolution was replaced by the business, I first need to switch in the settings the resolution to something else and then back to 1920x1080. What can cause the problem? And Yes, this is not only in Max, in GTA V the same.

I never understood why do people turn games. Don't want to play-come out and play, then start again when the desire appears. Or do you stream games and because of this we have to turn?
