Watch Dogs during the game constantly freezes for a few seconds, what's the problem? (Watch_Dogs)

In General I have a modest system: c2d e8400 3.00 ghz CPU, gtx750 1gb, 6gb ram, win7 ultimate. During the game, on any settings the game freezes for a couple seconds then runs fine, then freezes again and so on to infinity. If anyone can help, advising to buy a new iron, then I would be very grateful.

30 fps, at least for now, but that's not the point, the game freezes, even during commercials. LOL here I found a video on youtube have virtually the same system, but these lags are not observed 0_o

Just not enough RAM, put the paging file on the 10GB and Lag will disappear.
