How to enable Steam guard on another smartphone?

As the old smart is dying, I bought another. Downloaded the app steam, gone, but not running guard. Just shaded gray. And close 2 buttons to delete and info. I watched the video, so there were still settings button. I don't have it. Can someone tell me how to activate the guard?

If I remember correctly, you need to remove one device (that guard), and then set up on the other. All this happens with a million confirmations through the mail.
