Games do not see the gamepad.

I have a Logitech F310 gamepad, I use more year, all the games it was seen and not conflict, last played in resident evil 4 and Diablo 3 a couple of days ago, now trying to play - not see it. The computer says this device is working properly", and in the Big Picture it works. Tried to install driver from logitech, still useless. Please help I don't know what to do.
