1) Weapon should be unlockable through various tasks. They can be seen in the setting of the fighter in the main menu or in the game itself. For each class, we introduced 3 weapons. (if I'm not mistaken).
2) If you bought Prem and new cards you didn't, then you are confusing something. New maps can be viewed in the server list in the filter.
