Blur at the edges during the dialogue (Fallout 4)

There was a strange circular blur during dialogue. In old saves, this is not so it is just not in the mod. Because of what would appear and is there a way to fix this?

This is a known bug that was never fixed. As I recall, he treated the use of power armor. Just enough to get in/out. Or try in the settings the option of switching to the camera's position in the dialogues.
