How to remove former Empire in Spore. (Spore)

Decided to remove the Empire, removed the planet and started again 1 month after I arrived there which formed the former Empire, it still exists, how to remove!!!

Need to reinstall the game. If you deleted the preservation of that Empire remains.
You can certainly create an Empire with cheats and destroy is not needed.

If you delete a save in spore/ Games the Empire also removed?

Some of you come in C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Roaming\Spore and delete the games folder. Then just go into a game and you have essentially a new game with a clean galaxy
