Strange bug in co-op. (Homefront: The Revolution)

Hi all. Came across a bug in co-op: My character somehow doesn't want to use the kit. Since the beginning of the level, I can only use 1 kit, but then the strange thing happens even when I have the kits in stock, I click on the button treatment, my character pulls out a syringe, but immediately removes it and picks up the weapon, health eventually recovered.

Who knows how to treat it? Thanks in advance for your answers.
