The problem with the resolution. (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

My monitor is 1600x900.
Start the game - the game puts a 3840x2160 resolution,I change it, all the rules. When I start the game again - resolution is changed again. And the graphics settings why are all the time exposed to low, although I have a bunch of i7 7700k and PECS 1070. How would a gun have to put low on this system - this is a bug, not a feature. What to do with this?

Come here. C:\Users\имя user\Documents\Assassin's Creed Syndicate\AC.ini look for the line: DisplayWidth=0 DisplayHeight=0 (instead of 0 can stand other number) and enter your resolution.
