FIFA 17 On weak PC (FIFA 17)

Can somebody make a custom patch to reduce the quality of the game FIFA 17 . My card is GTX 750 1gb is suitable for minimum performance,but the processor is not,because the game eats 90-100% CPU usage. Please,make a custom patch
