Fallout 4 does not start on Steam. (Fallout 4)

That's the problem. Yesterday downloaded the game, played sensitively and left. Today find folic in my library but it says you need to download the game. I click install and it gives that error which is in the photo. Previously I had the same problem with Cod Ghost but after a long period of time, this problem disappeared.
