The problem with installing the game (Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice)

I bought the game in Steam and can not install. On the download of additional components is interrupted, namely the installation of C++2015 and UE4 Prerequisites. Attached the errors themselves to the letter. Also in the screenshot my system. 've tried everything (updated drivers, administration included, antivirus disabled, etc.).
