Technical problems (Sid Meier's Civilization 5)

Civilization 5 crashes game when loading a save or starting a new map.
There are no errors.
Previously worked fine but after the patch,it seems, from 16.06.12 something went wrong
The game is licensed

I have a license civilization 5. This problem - after updating the steam workshop and gods & kings I have won't load the saves of a single game. To start a new game without problems. Saved okay too. But to download it then it is impossible - writes the work terminated and shall render to Windows.

I tried deleted the game and steam and re-set. Drivers all updated. Somewhere read that is necessary settings to make the minimum (although the computer is far from weak) nothing helps. Can anyone faced similar problem? Someone knows the solution? I deeply appreciate the help.

The problem is this:
I added the game in steam everything went well,insert the disk start the installation and after about a minute it gives an error.
At first I thought that there is not enough space on the disk and have reinstalled steam to another drive,but still starts installing and gives the same error.
