The Norsk... Issues. (Total War: Warhammer)

Early in the game for Wulfric destroyed one village and put a monument of the Dog. After playing somewhere moves 30 have downloaded the game and the scale has returned to zero and is no longer growing. Does anyone know what is the reason?
