I have the same problem and it occurs when you jump down from the forge you can run and climb just entering

I had this helps the rebooting! or game or just exit to main menu and continue the game(ie restart through the main menu) and all returned (one or two for my actions). a bug I guess. short back ESPECIALLY to the same places and OPA miracle climbs jumps everywhere as it should......
