Error 0х0000005 most often failure occurs in memory, it is possible you have damaged some sort of strap-operatives. Run the Aida stress test the RAM.
If RAM is all right, try the app Yupley in settings, General, disable in-game console for games
If this does not help, write to support yubisoft. Do this and you were supposed to start, having a license. It's faster than listening to us experts and 200 times to do useless functions =)

The error 0xC0000005 is generated by an illegal memory access violation. This can be caused by anything from faulty RAM, an incorrect/corrupt device driver, poorly written/updated software and malware/adware installations.
My assumptions were confirmed.
In shared - memory error because of an incorrect (third-party) reference to it, and installed spyware or adware on your PC.
Run the computer for viruses, preferably from safe mode Windows. And then protest Aida.
