Amd Radeon 520/530

I wonder what kind of video card this Amd Radeon 520 and 530. Googling, almost no information, except that it is more productive R7 м445 that like at the level of the GTX 940mx. So I want to know from owners of laptops with this video card for what it really is - whether strongly heats up? As for performance?
