Error \"Easy Anti cheat (error code 7)\" (Dead by Daylight)

Run the game without any errors and the yield-to-moment which shows the DBD logo and asked to press the spacebar after pressing goes to the main menu and immediately gives the error Easy Anti cheat (error code 7)

it says that the file api-ms-win-downlevel-version-l1-1-0.dll (located in: c:\Windows\System32\ ) is modified but I didn't touch it, how you can fix this error. Don't use cheats, the cache is checked, restart the game, steam, Windows tried to reinstall EAC, MCV also tried, also put the updates out of centre Windows (do not know why, before that, they did not put) and the drivers are updated
