This problem,online twitches picture like micro freezes while fps is stable 65-70 frames,the system 7100k i3 3.9 Ghz 16 Gb Ram GTX 1060 6 Gb, set the maximum,alone in the stable without freezes 90-100 fps, the system is loaded in total by 80% and there is no overheating
