Mod for the radio (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Who knows is there a mod, that would be radio played from a particular source sound (e.g. the radio). Now radio is playing in the background, and I wish that was a real sound source. That is, stick his head out the cab radio becomes a little quieter, turn the camera the sound changes accordingly, and so on.
