1) open the documents
2) open the folder Bioware
3) open dragonage inquisiton
4) find ProfileOptions and ProfileOptions_profile (may be in the Save folder)
5) delete both
6) launch the game

why ? delete the profile settings, to reset them manually. How will it help me. I started the game and I can go into the settings. I have it sometimes hangs after an hour or two of the game
